SHIPPING, PAYMENT, RETURNS

Delivery:

  1. By sending the online order, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and indicate the value of the courier service.
  2. Delivery can be made to the User’s address (selected in the order process. Must be filled in: exact address, two names, postal code, preferred delivery details and additional instructions) or to a courier company’s office or machine Econt. You can see a complete list of all offices and machines when filling in the delivery details.
  3. All online orders worth over BGN 70 are delivered by Econt courier company free of charge to an office or an Econt machine.
    Free delivery over BGN 70 to an Econt office does not apply when using promo codes and discounts.

 

Delivery time

Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria are carried out with the courier company Econt:

– For orders made on working days before 2:30 p.m., delivery is made on the next working day.

– For orders after 2:30 p.m. – up to 3 working days.

Shipping prices

You can see the prices with the Econt courier company in the delivery process of an online order.

Payment:

Orders are paid according to your choice, using one of the methods specified in the online store. By choosing a payment method other than cash on delivery, you agree to pay the price of your order in advance by credit/debit card.

We offer the following payment methods:

 

  1. Payment on delivery: upon receipt of the order, you pay the courier.
  2. Pay by credit/debit card during checkout.

 

Order cancellation and return

You can return products purchased from us within the following 14 calendar days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

– The products must be in their original packaging

– There should be no signs of use, impaired appearance or staining

– Include the original payment document

– Pay for the return of the products at your expense

You can exchange the products for others or get a refund if you don’t want an exchange. We refund the value of the products, excluding the cost of delivery. All sums paid on delivery with cash on delivery or paid in advance are refunded only by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days from the date on which you notified of your cancellation of the order. We refund all paid amounts to the account (card) from which the payment was made.

In case of disputes regarding obligations arising from online sales contracts, where no agreement has been reached, you can refer a dispute to the bodies for alternative resolution of consumer disputes (ARS) under the conditions and in accordance with Art. 181a et seq. of the Civil Code.
