DELIVERY, PAYMENT, RETURN OF GOODS

Delivery:

  1. By submitting the online order, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the stated value of the courier service.
  2. Delivery can be made to the User's address (selected during the order process. Must be completed: exact address, two names, postcode, preferred delivery date and further instructions) or to an Econt courier office or automated machine. A full list of all offices and automated machines can be viewed at the time of filling in your delivery details.
  3. All online orders over 70 BGN are delivered by courier company Econt free of charge to the office or econtomat .
    Free delivery over 70 BGN to an Econt office does not apply when using promo codes and discounts.

 

Delivery time

Deliveries in Bulgaria are made by courier company Econt:

– For orders placed on weekdays before 14:30, delivery is made the next working day.

– For orders after 2.30 pm – up to 3 working days.

For small towns and villages where delivery is scheduled – see schedule.

Prices of delivery

Prices with Econt courier company can be viewed during the online order process.

Payment:

Orders are payable by your choice, by one of the methods listed in the online store. By choosing a payment method other than cash on delivery, you agree to pay the price of your order in advance by credit/debit card.

We offer the following payment methods:

 

  1. Payment on delivery: upon receipt of the order, you pay the courier.
  2. Payment by credit/debit card during the order process.

 

Order cancellation and return

You may return products purchased from us within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

– Products to be in their original packaging

– No signs of use, distorted appearance or smudging

– To include the original payment document

– The cost of returning the products is at your expense

You may exchange the products for others or we will refund the value if you do not want an exchange. We refund the value of the products, excluding the cost of delivery. Any amounts paid for cash on delivery or paid in advance will only be refunded by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days of the date you notify us of your cancellation. All amounts paid are refunded to the same account (card) from which the payment was made.

In case of disputes concerning obligations arising from online sales contracts where no agreement has been reached, you may refer the dispute to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies under the terms and conditions of Article 181a et seq. of the Consumer Disputes Act.
