The sauce is a result of the natural fermentation of the chilli peppers, thanks to which the content of vitamins in the vegetables is increased and they are turned into bio- assimilable for the human organism. This way the enzyme content in the vegetables is preserved and increased.
It is important to know that for the sauce to be ready, the fermented product must mature at least 6 months.
