How Slavena Rodinova Conquered the World of Chili Peppers
For the sauces, Hot Farm relies only on hot peppers. No tomatoes or other fruits and vegetables are used, and no additional capsaicin (the active ingredient in hot peppers) is added. A special technology is used to remove the seeds and skins, which are often irritating to people with sensitive stomachs.
