As the first farm in Bulgaria to specialise in growing hot and super-hot peppers from around the world, and in making spicy, hot and super-hot foods, we have a special offer for you.
With the experience we have built up over the years, along with persistence and hard work, today we are more than happy to say that we are a fast-growing, sustainable Bulgarian brand that has earned people's trust. Heat is no longer just a flavour – it's a matter of quality and attitude.
Our observations and analysis show that Bulgarians love eating spicy food. Until recently, however, few people knew how much, what and how.
Over the years, our core mission and goal has been to educate people and bring chilli culture to Bulgaria – to spread the different varieties of hot peppers and to raise awareness of the hottest Bulgarian varieties and the hottest in the world.
Today, more and more people in Bulgaria know which is the hottest Bulgarian pepper (the “Bulgarian Carrot”) and the hottest pepper in the world (the “Carolina Reaper”). Today, more and more people know just how good for you hot peppers actually are.
Today, more and more people know the unit used to measure heat and the name of the compound that makes peppers hot.
Today, everything points to the fact that people appreciate the work that goes in, increasingly choose Bulgarian-made and can clearly recognise a good, quality
product.
