Required products:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cups flour (sifted)
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 jar of chili pepper jam
Method of preparation:

Preparing the dough
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the brown sugar and mix well until smooth.
- Mix the flour with the bicarbonate of soda and gradually add it to the egg mixture, alternating with the water and olive oil.

Adding the sweet
- Pour the jar of chili pepper jam into the mixture and stir until the flavors are evenly distributed.

Preparing for baking
- Grease silicone or metal muffin tins with oil.
- Distribute the finished mixture into them, filling about 2/3 of their volume.

- Place the molds in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown.
