TERMS OF DELIVERY, PAYMENT AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS

DELIVERY

Article 1 By sending an order through the website of www.hotfarm.eu, You confirm your agreement to pay the price of the selected products and the cost of the courier service.

Types of delivery

  1. To customer address
     You need to provide an accurate address, two names, zip code, preferred delivery date, and additional instructions (if any).
  2. To an office or vending machine of the courier company Econt
    You can choose the nearest office or vending machine when placing your order.
  3. Next to a Box Now vending machine

Free shipping

  • Orders over 30 EUR are delivered free of charge to a Box Now machine.
  • Free shipping terms do not apply when using promotional codes or discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery time

  1. Orders placed on weekdays by 2:30 p.m. are delivered the next business day after confirmation by phone.
  2. Orders placed after 2:30 PM are delivered within up to 3 business days.
  3. For small settlements with a delivery schedule, the deadlines may vary. Details can be found on the Econt website or by contacting us.

Shipping prices:
The cost of the courier service depends on the weight, volume and delivery address. The exact price will be calculated automatically during the order submission.

PAYMENT

Payment methods

  1. Upon delivery (cash on delivery): You pay the amount due directly to the courier upon receipt of the order.
  2. By credit/debit card: You make the payment at the time of placing the order through a secure online platform.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Article 2 Customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

  1. Products must be in their original packaging.
  2. There should be no signs of use, deterioration or staining.
  3. You must provide the original payment document.
  4. The costs of returning the products are at the customer's expense.

Refunds

  • If you cancel an order, you can replace the products with others or get a refund.
  • We only refund the value of the products, excluding courier costs.
  • All amounts are refunded by bank transfer within 14 days from the date of notification of cancellation.
