Happy Pepper was created as a variety that combines visual appeal with a pleasant spiciness. The fruits are small, oblong like seeds, and run the gamut of colors – from pale yellow and orange to deep red at full maturity. The spiciness is in the range of 10,000 – 30,000 SHU , making it suitable for a wider range of uses – even for more sensitive palates.

The aroma is slightly fruity and fresh, with a pleasantly spicy finish - a great choice for fresh salads, side dishes, pickles or simply as an accent on the plate.

Growing in Bulgaria

Happy seedlings adapt very well to our climate. It is a low and compact plant, which makes it a great choice for growing in pots, planters and small beds. It likes sun, moderate watering and good soil.

Planting outdoors is done after the spring frosts have passed (after May 6). The plant begins to bear fruit quickly and abundantly, blooms continuously and is a true floral jewel in the garden.
