This mildly spicy pepper comes from the Leskovac region of Serbia and is one of the most prized Balkan varieties.
An exceptionally aromatic, fleshy pepper, great for roasting, pickling and salads.
Fresh Leskovachka Dzhinka peppers can be grilled, stuffed with meat or cheese, preserved, or eaten raw in salads.
Fresh peppers are rich in vitamins C, A and E, antioxidants, folic acid and potassium.
Peppers bring a unique aroma, flavor and color to every dish. And the benefits of eating them are enormous.
