"Bulgarian Spirit": They created a new variety of extremely hot pepper
Hristo Rodinov claims that it is 10 times hotter than any other known in our country.

The fiery variety has a spiciness of 200 000 scovilles, which ranks the "Bulgarian Spirit" variety among the world-renowned "Habanero chili" and "Bird's Eye".
The pepper is 10 times hotter than any other pepper known in our country. The variety was created and cultivated in Bulgaria and grows wonderfully in our latitudes.
"Bulgarian Spirit" is a plant with a bizarre shape - the structure of the plant resembles our typical Bulgarian hot peppers, which are more bushy, but the shape of the pepper is quite exotic.
It carries with it a strong pungency and citrus aroma, which leave a long and lasting aftertaste.
The special variety is the result of 6 years of work by the Varna-based Hot Farm. It was purposefully selected and cultivated in the picturesque village of Strashimirovo.
