Съставки

An easy and healthy side dish with a rich flavor. The lyutenitsa on top turns simple vegetables into a complete meal.

Instructions:

  1. Cut all vegetables into large pieces.
  2. Place them in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and oregano and mix.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes, until tender and golden brown.
  5. Remove the baking dish and serve on plates.
  6. Add a spoonful of HOT lyutenitsa on top of each serving.
