A hearty dish with beans and minced meat for the cold days. The "Bulgarian Sense" sauce gives it a serious kick, so dose according to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Sauté the onion and garlic in a deep pan.
  2. Add the minced meat and break it up with a spoon until browned.
  3. Add the tomatoes, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Let it simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  5. Add the drained beans and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Add the "Bulgarian Sense" sauce in small amounts and taste.
  7. Serve with rice or warm bread.
