    How does the Mystery Box chilli subscription work?

      Order a subscription on the website. The full subscription period must be paid upfront.

      Order 

    • 2.

      Right after ordering, you'll receive an email with instructions. It explains how to get a PDF voucher if the order is a gift.

    • 3.

      The subscription recipient activates it by filling in a short questionnaire. That's where they enter their address.

      Deliveries start in the very week the subscription is activated. We're always on hand if you need to make changes.

      What exactly? We can't say. That's the whole idea - for you to be delighted and surprised. All we can do is give you an example of what a random box might contain.

      How many boxes do I get, and over what period?

      You get one box per month. The period is fixed - 3, 6 or 9 months. When your subscription expires, you can renew it.

      The whole concept of the subscription is that it's a "mystery box", meaning we choose the products. But don't worry - we're the experts, and we know how to pick products you're bound to love.

      The price depends on the length of the subscription:

      • 3 months - 198 BGN incl. VAT for the whole period (66 BGN per month)
      • 6 months - 390 BGN incl. VAT for the whole period (65 BGN per month)
      • 9 months - 558 BGN incl. VAT for the whole period (62 BGN per month)

      The full amount for the subscription period is paid upfront, by card.

      Boxes are delivered in the week your subscription is activated. Each subsequent box arrives on the same date in the months that follow.

      How can I give a subscription as a gift?

      The first step is to purchase your chosen subscription package on the Hot Farm website. It's best to pay by card straight away.

      Once you've paid, you'll receive an email with a link to the subscription activation form.

      Open the form and follow the instructions. You can request direct delivery to another recipient, or a PDF voucher to print out and give as a gift. Or simply forward it to the recipient.
