What to expect from the Spicy Tour?

1. A special welcome with a Welcome Drink
   As soon as you arrive, we'll greet you with our special Welcome Drink – a secret recipe that primes your senses for everything to come.

2. Part One - Warming Up the Senses
   We'll start with a tasting of:

   • Homemade bruschetta with a variety of spreads
   • Banitsa with a spicy twist
   • A cheese platter from the best Bulgarian farms
   • Spicy spreads and mildly spicy jams

   Everything is designed to ease you gently into the world of spice without being too hot.

3. Part Two - The World of Peppers
   Time for a round-the-world trip through the world of chili! You'll get to know over 80 varieties of hot peppers, including their flavor profiles, origins, unique characteristics and fun facts. You'll learn how the different varieties affect your receptors and what makes each of them special.

4. Part Three - The Main Adventure
   Settle in for the climax of the tour – a multi-course dinner that builds through several levels of heat and takes you through the whole spicy adventure.

   • The menu is designed to take you from mildly hot all the way to a sauce made from the hottest pepper in the world.
