A warm and velvety soup with a slight spicy finish. Chili Silly is mild enough for children to enjoy.
Instructions:
- Sauté the onion, carrot, and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Add the tomatoes and broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Puree the soup until smooth using an immersion blender.
- Return it to the stove and add the Chili Silly sauce.
- Pour in the cream and season with salt and a pinch of sugar.
- Heat through without boiling and serve with croutons.
