An exquisite main course that looks complicated but isn't. The truffle sauce turns ordinary chicken into something special.
Instructions:
- Cut the breasts lengthwise to make them thinner, and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil and sear the chicken for 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove it and add the butter to the same pan.
- Pour in the cream and add the hot truffle sauce.
- Let it simmer for about 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the pan and coat it in the sauce.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
