Products with a Bulgarian spirit
Bulgarian spirit was created and cultivated in Bulgaria and thrives beautifully in our latitudes
Bulgarian Spirit is a plant with a bizarre shape – the structure of the plant resembles our typical Bulgarian chili peppers, which are more bushy, but the shape of the fruit is exotic and resembles a glossy strawberry. It carries with it a strong pungency and citrus aroma, which leave a long and lasting aftertaste.
Seeding: January-March
Form: Shrubby
Fruiting: In greenhouses: June – December Outside: July – October
Fruit shape: Glossy strawberry
About the creator of the Bulgarian spirit - Hristo Rodinov
Hristo grew up as the child and grandson of farmers.
He learned from his grandfather that land is the greatest wealth that you must take care of in order to obtain.
And today, Hristo often says that work is the foundation of everything.
The family
Dedicating his youthful years to sailing and traveling the world, Hristo decided that he would continue on his family's path and engage in farming, while at the same time creating and building his own family.
His focus has always been in two directions – work and family.
He devotes his life to learning how to farm.
If you ask him a question, he will often compare work to family and reveal how much they have in common.
LUTO AND BULGARIA
In 2011, he discovered the world of Chili Peppers and fell in love with them.
Not so much his love for hot peppers, but rather to provoke himself into seeing if he could grow the hottest peppers in the world in Bulgaria, where we have 4 seasons.
Studying the botany of these plants and everything related to them, he began his experiments.
Everything shows him that these exotic hot peppers thrive in Bulgaria when you learn to adapt to them and what they need.
He often returns to his grandfather's advice and the things he learned from him. Something is imprinted on him that provokes the creation of the Bulgarian spirit - "Never sow sweet pepper next to hot pepper."
